    Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We stand behind the workmanship of Al Zahra fine jewellery. Our lifetime manufacturing defect warranty applies to genuine Al Zahra pieces and covers defects in manufacture or workmanship confirmed by our inspection under normal, appropriate use. The warranty does not mean that all wear, damage or future servicing is free.

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate workmanship repair without a repair labour charge. If a repair is not practical, we will discuss an appropriate alternative remedy. This warranty does not limit any rights available under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

    What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, natural finish changes, rhodium plating wear, bent or misshapen jewellery, accidental damage, impact, misuse, exposure to unsuitable chemicals, lost or stolen jewellery, and damage resulting from third-party repairs or alterations are not automatically covered. Loose or missing stones are assessed to establish whether a manufacturing defect caused the issue; routine stone tightening and replacement are not automatically free. Inherent gemstone characteristics or natural variations in material are not manufacturing defects.

    Cleaning, Repairs & Ongoing Care

Al Zahra offers jewellery aftercare and maintenance services, including professional cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating, setting checks, stone tightening and repairs, subject to the design and condition of the piece. These services are generally chargeable unless the work is covered by a confirmed manufacturing defect warranty claim or we have expressly agreed to provide that particular service complimentary.

We assess the jewellery first, explain what work is suitable and confirm the applicable charge and estimated timeline for your approval before any paid servicing begins. Some repairs or restorations may not be technically advisable or possible.

    Resizing

Ring resizing depends on the design, stones and current size. Some eternity bands, delicate settings and individually tailored pieces cannot be resized safely. Please contact us before purchasing if fit is uncertain. Resizing is quoted after inspection unless complimentary resizing is expressly stated on the specific product page or agreed in writing. Alterations may affect engraving, measurements and delivery timelines.

    Certificates & Documentation

We provide Al Zahra purchase documentation describing the jewellery and its confirmed specifications. An Al Zahra certificate of authenticity is supplied with completed pieces. Eligible principal diamonds are accompanied by their applicable independent laboratory report, such as IGI or GIA, when specified for that piece. Small melee and pavé diamonds are not individually laboratory certified. Ready to ship pieces display their individual report numbers and photographs where available. A jewellery authenticity certificate is not the same as an independent diamond grading report.

How to Request Aftercare or Make a Claim

Contact us with your invoice or order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We may need to inspect the piece before confirming coverage, work, cost or timing. Please do not ship jewellery to us without approved delivery instructions. Contact Al Zahra on WhatsApp or explore Customer Care.
