    About This Policy

Al Zahra Jewellery is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, contact us, request a consultation or place an order.

    Information You Provide

We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, billing and delivery details, order information, jewellery preferences, measurements, customisation requests, consultation notes and messages you send us.

    Enquiries and Contact Forms

When you submit an enquiry or consultation form, we use the information provided to respond, prepare recommendations or quotations, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. We may retain the page and campaign link that brought you to the form so we can understand where enquiries came from.

    Orders and Transactions

We use order and transaction information to confirm specifications, process an order, communicate progress, arrange delivery, manage after-sales requests, maintain business records and help prevent fraud. We do not ask you to send complete card details by email or WhatsApp.

    Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses a random identifier kept only for the browser session to count page visits and shopping steps. These first-party records contain a page path, product SKU, broad campaign source and external referrer origin where available; they do not contain names, contact details, addresses, payment details, full referring URLs or advertising click IDs. Google Analytics runs only with analytics consent. Meta measurement and hashed email/phone matching for a verified purchase require the separate advertising choice; neither receives plaintext contact details for matching. Use Tracking preferences in the footer to change your choices. Order details are stored to administer purchases; the separate newsletter form requires an explicit request for marketing news. Browser settings can also control cookies.

    Marketing Communications

We may send marketing communications where you have requested them or where otherwise permitted. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Service messages about an enquiry or order are not marketing messages.

    Payment Providers

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy and security terms. We receive transaction details needed to administer the order, but do not store complete payment-card details on this website.

    Sharing and Third-Party Services

We may share only necessary information with service providers supporting website hosting, communications, payments, analytics, production, professional advice, fraud prevention, couriers and delivery. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect customers, our business or others. Providers may process information in other countries under their own legal obligations and safeguards.

    Retention and Data Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, dispute management and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

    Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or request information about how your data is used. Some information may need to be retained for legal, transactional or security reasons. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
