Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, misuse its content, attempt unauthorised access or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Product Information and Pricing
We take reasonable care with descriptions, specifications, colours, dimensions and images, but screens and handcrafted production may result in minor variation. Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change before an order is accepted. Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or duties are addressed during quotation or checkout where available.
Availability and Order Acceptance
Website availability does not guarantee that a product, stone or material remains available. An order or payment submission is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm the order and its specifications. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where information, price, availability or verification is affected by an error.
Made to Order Products
Al Zahra Jewellery is primarily made to order. Production begins after required specifications, approvals and payment arrangements are complete. Natural variations in gemstones and handcrafted work are not necessarily defects.
Bespoke and Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom orders are produced to agreed specifications. Quotations may depend on design complexity, measurements, metal, stone selection and sourcing. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing and require written confirmation before work continues.
CAD and Design Approval
Where a CAD model or design proof is supplied, the customer is responsible for reviewing proportions, measurements, spelling, engraving and other design details. Production begins only after required approval. Later changes may not be possible and may result in additional cost or time.
Payment
Available payment methods and any deposit or staged-payment requirements will be shown at checkout or confirmed in a quotation. Payment must clear when required before production or dispatch. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and verification checks.
Production Timelines
Most standard made to order pieces are prepared for dispatch within approximately 7 working days. More complex or customised pieces may require approximately 7–10 working days. Bespoke timelines are confirmed after design, CAD approval and stone requirements are finalised. Timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Manufacturing time is separate from courier transit time. Delivery is subject to destination, customs and courier conditions. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, photography, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to Al Zahra Jewellery and may not be copied, adapted or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law allows.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, delays outside our reasonable control or use contrary to care instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies.
