UAE Delivery

UAE shipping is completely free for all orders, with no minimum spend. Checkout shipping is AED 0.

International Delivery

International shipping is calculated based on destination. Please contact us on WhatsApp for an exact shipping quote before completing your order.

International courier costs are charged separately according to the destination and actual courier cost. Online payment is unavailable until an exact shipping quote is confirmed.

Made to Order Production

Al Zahra Jewellery is primarily made to order. Most standard made to order pieces are prepared for dispatch within approximately 7 working days. More complex or customised pieces may require approximately 7–10 working days. Bespoke timelines are confirmed after design, CAD approval and stone requirements are finalised.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders may require additional time depending on design complexity, CAD approval, stone sourcing and production requirements. Where appropriate, customers receive an estimated production and dispatch timeline after the relevant specifications are confirmed.

Dispatch and Courier Transit

Manufacturing and processing time is separate from courier transit time. Transit estimates depend on destination, courier availability, customs and local delivery conditions. Any date provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Tracking, Customs and Delivery

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs checks or local charges imposed by the destination country; any applicable responsibility will be communicated where known and remains subject to local rules.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure delivery details are complete and accurate. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment with the courier. Courier investigations and customs processes may affect resolution times.
