Review your options
We discuss metal, stone origin, shapes and proportions. We confirm availability, suitable reports and an individual quotation.
Approve the design
When relevant, we prepare a CAD drawing or render. Any applicable design or revision fee is explained before you commit.
Confirm and create
After your design, price and quoted delivery timeframe are approved, individual customer orders are paid 100% in advance. We then arrange production.
Individual retail projects are paid in full before manufacture. Business and trade orders may have separate agreed terms. Production and delivery follow the timeframe confirmed in your quote.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send a photo or start from a design I have seen?
Yes. Upload up to three inspiration images or PDFs, or choose an existing Al Zahra design. References guide the conversation; final designs are assessed for originality and feasibility.
Do you offer natural and lab grown gemstones?
Yes, we can discuss both natural and lab grown gemstone options for bespoke jewellery, including sapphire, ruby and emerald styles. Origin, treatments, specifications, documentation and availability are confirmed for the stone offered.
Are all stones GIA, IGI or HRD certified?
Not necessarily. Eligible main diamonds may have GIA, IGI or HRD Antwerp reports where available and specified in your quotation. Individual small pavé and melee stones are not routinely graded separately. Gemstone documentation varies by stone and laboratory.
Is a CAD design or a prototype included?
That depends on the design. We explain any CAD, prototype, design or revision fee before that work begins. Some projects may benefit from an optional prototype, quoted separately.
When do I pay and when will I receive the piece?
For individual customers, we take 100% of the agreed order price in advance after the specifications, design and timeframe are confirmed. Your piece is delivered within the individually quoted timeframe; courier transit is additional where relevant.
